Please read the Terms of Service closely and carefully. By requesting from DEMGOZÉ, you agree to abide by these Terms. Do not request if you find these Terms unsatisfying. ( ﾟ дﾟ)つ

It will be relatively short, but you can skip the ones you think are common sense! Thank you for visiting this page!

Every rule not fit in other categories are mentioned here.

• Triple check when typing your email! If your email is not typed in correctly, you will not recieve your order. If you do not get an email saying I have recieved it, you most likely have not typed it in correctly!
• In the details section, link your characters reference sheet! You can also add lore, descriptions, random facts, etc. so I can know their character more!
• It may take two days to a week and a half to finish the product! This includes payment and reviews! If you pay with Steam Giftcards, please friend me on steam ASAP (A link will be sent.) ! It takes 3 days until you can send Gift cards, so I will sketch your request during that time period!

If you don't specify whether you will use your request for commercial use or not, I will automatically assume you will be using it for personal use. Any request that is used as commercial without permission will have any future request with the character/email denied. You are prohibited from using my work in Generative AI or in any NFT related project, even if requesting a work for commercial use. Tracing my work or promoting as a "base" is not allowed either.

Please write in the details if you are considering using as commercial use and how you will use the product. Here is the only times i will consider accepting:

• Cover art for music, or another project.
• Sprites for games such as visual novels or RPG, or any other applicable genre.
• Icons/PFPs/references you use while promoting your content, such as music, videos and etc.
• Using for your discord server, such as making it a sticker, emoji, icon, etc. (Not a big deal so I'll accept most of them.)

Please do not use my work for merch or any other physical items. Price may increase if it is commercial.

Anything considered horrible and wrong also applies here. Please use common sense when requesting.

Fanart is generally not accepted. But, if you are requesting a gift for a friend, please make sure you have permission from that person to use their character in the request! This is also because I can't draw most characters from media, and maybe potentially, I will be infringing a copyright law! (Better safe than sorry!)

Any sort of NSFW related request will be denied immediately. This includes but not limited to:

• Any sort of fetish even if it seems innocent (That one wonder bread guy incident)
• Heavily suggestive art, might consider mildly suggestive
• Text or actions with sexual innuendo
• Naked!!!!!!!!!!!! (Doesn't include things like bathing suits because thats a normal thing smh)

Usually requests that involve blood or injuries will be denied, but there are some exceptions. Nosebleeds, tiny cuts, bleeding from bandages, bruises, and anything involving very little blood may be allowed. Self harm scars are allowed too.

Please select the payment method you are most comfortable using. I will usually ask for payment after the sketch is completed, but in the case of Steam Giftcards, please friend me on steam right away, as it takes 3 days to be able to send people a gift card. You will be emailed a link to my profile if you miss this message. Alternatively, if you use Paypal, please know that you will have to pay the tax too.

If your request was accepted, I will work on the sketch in less than 48 hours. I will email the watermarked sketch for approval, once you approve, I will send an update a little after adding flat colour, but feel free to ask for updates any time! Please just do not rush or constantly ask for updates every 2 hours. I will ask if you want any changes on the watermarked final product then send a final version with a tinier watermark! Please do not attempt to force me to remove the watermark or remove it yourself. Thank you.

Any tiny details such as small accessories or features will be free aslong as you notify me before the finished product! Any big revisions will be +5$ or more depending on how big the revision is.

Please note that I can't refund if you've paid with Steam Giftcards, the information below is referencing other payment methods such as Paypal.
No refunds will be given before/during sketch phase as I don't accept payment during this period. If I've accepted your money after the sketch, you will recieve a 50% refund if requested. If I've already completed the piece, there will be no refunds. Please understand, thank you.
